Privacy policy

This policy explains how JUST ANOTHER DIGITAL S.R.L. (“Just Another Digital”, “we”) handles personal data on this website and in the mobile applications we publish. We collect as little as we can.

This website

The website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved only in your own browser and is never sent to us.

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Vercel acts as our processor and keeps these logs for a short period. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to handle the request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering, or steps taken before a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep correspondence while it is needed and for as long as the law requires afterwards.

Our apps

This policy also applies to the apps that Just Another Digital publishes on Google Play and other app stores. If an app processes personal data, this page lists the specific data, why it is used, how long it is kept and which third parties are involved, in a section for that app. Apps that have no such section here do not collect personal data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our services, under data-processing agreements, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted;
• restrict or object to how we process it;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw any consent you have given.

Write to hello@justanotherdigital.com and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change significantly affects how an app uses your data, we will also tell you in that app.
